Isn't it expensive to hire a quality law firm? How can I afford your services?

Legal services can be expensive, but you don't need to hire inexperienced lawyers because they cost less. Rosenblum, Ronan, Kessler & Sarachan gets paid on a contingency basis. In other words, we only get paid out of the recovery that you receive at the same time you get paid. If we are not successful in pursuing your case, we don't get paid at all.

Our legal fees are a percentage of your total recovery plus expenses, and the percentage is controlled by law (typically one-third of the amount recovered). Clients usually like this arrangement because it means they can hire attorneys they have confidence in. Because attorneys' pay is generally the same regardless of who you hire, you might as well choose a firm with a proven track record.
