After I decide to hire you, what happens next?

Every case is different, but here's how many proceed:

A detailed interview with one or more of our lawyers. This will enable us to get the facts we need to proceed with your case and decide which lawyer is best able to manage it.

Extensive research. Our near-obsessive pretrial preparation by one of our four attorneys sets Rosenblum, Ronan, Kessler & Sarachan apart from many other law firms. Depending on the case, we have been known to devote hundreds or thousands of hours of research to your case. This research can involve consulting world-renowned medical experts, reviewing documents, and anticipating our opponents' arguments as much as possible.

Litigation. Once the litigation process is underway, we keep you fully informed throughout. We never lose sight of the fact that this is your case, and that you have hired us to aggressively represent your interests.
