We Look Out for Clients’ Best Interests

Randy (name changed to protect confidentiality) was a patient at a local hospital who suffered severe scarring and tissue damage. Initially I believed that if there was a case, it involved the lack of timely treatment for the injury once it occurred. At my expense I talked to four prominent medical experts, each of whom suggested that there was no case of malpractice for the delayed treatment.

Just to make sure, I talked to a fifth expert (again at my expense). We learned that there was significant malpractice-not from the delay in treatment but from the improper use of a drug that caused the injury in the first place. In many situations–unlike this one–there may not be a valid basis for a claim. But when there is, I’ll do everything I can to find and pursue it.

By digging deep into the details of the case, I were able to come to a clear decision about the best course of action for my client. After five weeks of trial the case settled for a confidential amount.

Most large law firms make their money through volume. They accept a lot of cases and look to settle them quickly and cheaply. I approach cases differently-I invest the time and money necessary to get what I believe are the best possible results for my clients.
